PART I — ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USE POLICY

All dramatic works, scripts, adaptations, treatments, and creative materials produced by PL Krahnke are authored solely by a human writer and theater maker. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools play no role in the ideation, development, drafting, or revision of any creative or literary content produced under this name or other associated legal names.

AI-assisted tools are employed solely in the following limited, non-creative capacities:

1. Research Assistance. AI tools may be used to support background research, source identification, and the organization of factual reference material. All editorial judgment, interpretation, and creative application of such research remains exclusively the work of the author.
    

2. Marketing and Promotional Imagery. AI image-generation tools may be used to produce visual assets for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes only. Such images are not presented as original artworks and are clearly distinguishable from the theatrical and literary works produced hereunder.
    

No AI-generated content forms part of, or is incorporated into, any script, dramatic work, or literary material bearing the name of PL Krahnke. The authorship and creative integrity of all such works is entirely and exclusively human.

 

PART II — AI-GENERATED MARKETING IMAGERY: ADDITIONAL TERMS

All AI-generated images produced for marketing and promotional purposes are subject to the following conditions:

1. No Likeness of Real Persons. No AI-generated image produced under this policy is based upon, derived from, or intended to replicate the likeness, voice, image, or identity of any real, living, or deceased individual, including but not limited to professional actors, performers, directors, or public figures. Any resemblance to real persons in AI-generated imagery is wholly unintentional.
    

2. No Substitution for Creative Collaboration. AI-generated images produced hereunder are created solely to assist the writer in developing a personal visual understanding of the work during the writing process. They are expressly not intended to direct, constrain, replace, or supersede the creative vision, artistic judgment, or professional contribution of any director, actor, designer, producer, or other member of the creative team.
    

3. Writer’s Visualization Tool Only. Such images represent the writer’s private imaginative reference and carry no binding or prescriptive authority with respect to casting, design, staging, or any other aspect of production. All final creative decisions remain the exclusive province of the relevant artists and collaborators.
    

4. No Rights Claimed in AI Imagery. Consistent with current U.S. copyright law, no copyright or intellectual property claim is asserted in any purely AI-generated image. Such images are not presented as original artworks.

 

PART III — FICTIONAL CHARACTERS DISCLAIMER
 

All characters appearing in works produced by PL Krahnke and other associated legal names are fictional and the product solely of the playwright’s imagination. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.
 

AI-generated imagery used for marketing purposes is similarly produced without reference to the likeness of any real individual and carries no casting or representational intent. Any imagery is a result of the input of the playwright's descriptions of characters and locations within each play.
 

Where works reference actual historical events, institutions, or locations, such references are employed solely as dramatic context. All characters involved in the portrayal of such events or settings are wholly imaginary.
